well, from what i've read you have either to veg it enough that it shows sex naturally or just flower it and wait for 2 weeks till it shows signs . The female will have 2 hairs growing from the node, the male will have balls ( like i do, but hairless ) .

usually you have to flower a plant to tell sex...
sometimes you will get a plant to show what's called "pre-flowers" which is either pistols, or pollen sacks. you will look at the nodes for either 2 white hairs (pistols = female) or two grape seed looking things (pollen sacks = male). I don't have a pic handy to post for reference, but a quick google search should give you a bunch of pics.

Link me to it and I'll give a look too... don't know what video you are talking about- sorry... but 4 weeks is generally too early to tell. I've HAD plants toss pistols in 3 weeks from seed, but that's not common for me, and hasn't happened since. Which is only why I say "usually you have to flower a plant to tell sex"... and yes, once your plant IS mature (usually 2 months at most) MOST plants will have some sort of pre-flower. Again though, SOME plants will ONLY show sex in flower...
Alot of growers will have their plant at 4 weeks (like both of us right now) and take a few clones and throw them under 12/12 lighting and leave the plants still under veg conditions. Again - usually after 2-3 weeks they will show sex, which is about how long it takes the plant to recover from a pass of cuttings, and you can either take more clones at that point, or know which are female and can flip them to 12/12 for flower- whatever your style of growing is.. some guys only grow from seed, some guys like me, like to isolate a phenotype that excels and clone the crap outta them.

you can also take some clones and root them under 12/12 and they should determine sex without having the delay just be sure to tag them so you know which one is which

Please help me sex this plant. It looks like a male but i'm in denial. I believe its normal.watched the video...those things are itty bitty
Definitely no sex yet at that size...give it some time
Is it possible that it is too early even for preflowers?
