I'm relatively new this, I was just wondering if anybody could help me out In determining this sex of my plant. It's been under 12/12 light cycle for week now. Or is It too early to tell? Bag seed btw thanks.

In the first pic you will clearly see a male having 'balls' and the second is of a female with pistils(hairs) protruding from the calyx. There will be no confusion unless your plant becomes a hermaphrodite. This is why you want to acquaint yourself with the tell tale signs of all possible outcomes.

Flowering an immature plant can cause a lot of stress. You should be at an 18/6 light schedule and await staggered nodes and or preflowers to switch to 12/12

For sure thanks and it's not immature I had it on an 18/6 light cycle for about a month and half. Just looks small in the close up. It's blue diesel

looks very healthy, nice colour as well...you should see signs of gender in a few days to a week

Damn, I thought I was just too noob to tell the sex. Good to know I was right and they are still early. Reading does freaking work. Looking nice so far keep it up!

Agree with ISK, too early, she's purty and give it another week or so. 
Regarding the immaturity comment, I took it to mean that the plant wasn't sexually mature when you flipped to 12/12. If it was, you'd likely have seen "pre" signs of sex already. I have no idea about early flipping, stressing immature plants, sorry.
Keep doin' what you're doin' and pray for hairs

ridiculous. the plant has stipules which can be confused with female flowers. the plants pictured is too immature to show sex.

Sorry if not right area to post. But question if i may. this is is reg bag seed. its been on 18/6 for past 40 days or so. wondering if preflowers are shown or if to early. first pic is just of how it looks and second pic is what i think is to be preflower but not sure. any thoughts.
Also plant is about 40 days 5 inches tall and 10 inches from leaf to leaf..

I was thinking it was new growth but it just did not seem like the rest of the side branches. ill give it maybe a week to two and switch 12/12 or just hope it shows.
