Thanks Sunni as you can tell it has the hairs but what can explain those balls at the bottom from before? What is that?

That Don't look like A fungus gnat, Looks more like a Blister Beetle the eat foliage and Grass hopper eggs not sure but it sure doesn't look like a fungus gnat they have wings. Good luck Neem Oil should work for that and be very effective

This does have wings guess you can't tell in picture.

here is a picture of the fungus gnat I see the wings now but not sure if that is fungus gnat or not the abdomen looks to big , but I can 't be sure now its not a very clear picture, Are you getting a lot of those ?
