Outdoor. I'm hoping the weather clears up so my babies start veggin properly.
Yeah, it'll dry up by the time they start flowering.

I'm in south San Francisco and it's the same here bro...my indoor hits 65-70rh when my lights and fans shut off. So I leave my exhaust going and it stays at 50%rh..so I'm happy with that as I'm in veg for another 2-3 weeks

I might experiment with indoor.. Just bought a $40-$50 LED panel that I wanted to experiment with. Do you use LED?

I found some led bars for fish tanks at a local pet store, they are 2800lumens so I am gonna buy 2 of them 158.98 a piece

70-80% is ok for Veg (personally I only have it 60-80% when cloning or freshly pop seedlings, then for veg I keep at 45-55%.) But no more than 30-40% when flowering... Your gonna have some mold/spider mites issues.. However, these ranges are my balances and what works for me in my climates. So keep in mind to do some research and apply the information with small doses until you find a good balance for your said environment. However, the ranges I gave you I feel (at least in my opinion) are a very good Rule of Thumb to go by. However,, your at the mercy of mothger nature.. So with that said, If you humidity levels stay this high most of the time, I'd recommend building a green house of some sort, and put ventilation and what not. Literally do an indoor setup, but outside and as the sun as your HPS.

That sounds like a good idea, but I'm expecting the humidity to go down. I'm having trouble with getting my clones to start vegging atm...

My Blue Dream Plant is growing way nicer than the others. I picked up a couple more clones, but am scared to put them into the ground yet. I put one out a week ago and it got burnt up pretty quick. I put em in cups for the meantime..

You have to harden them. Basically put them in the shade a few days or even the window sill. If you put them right from the indoor clone room to outside they will not like it

Just transplanted them into the ground after hardening them off in cups for a week, hoping I hardened them off enough. The roots were showing when I pulled em out of the red cup, so I'm hoping they'll do fine. I'll post pics of them in their new homes soon..
