Shack's 125W CFL DIY Tent Grow

Filter is in place, and let me just say.. they are a PITA to setup. once in place though, i noticed a nearly IMMEDIATE reduction in odor! 
i need to pick up some "C" batteries for my ONA mist dispenser, then i will have odor under control. the girls themselves look well. Gwen is nice and squatty and Liza is long and leggy. It will be interesting to watch two strains grow side-by-side.
Liza is definitely going to have a good sativa high.
While Gwen will most likely offer a strong indica stone.
things are good here!! feeding them their first kick of bloom fertilizer tomorrow.
FloraNova Bloom, Floralicious Grow/Bloom, Superthrive, Dyna-Gro Protekt and molasses. (all organic except for the dyna-gro
) everything will be at full strength, aside from the FloraNova going to introduce that at 1/2 strength. It's the first "full bodied" nutrient i've used thus far. everything has been relatively mild till this point. so we'll ease into the first "HOT" nutrient.

Sorry I've been lazy with the photo updates... you all know how it goes with uploading on this site 
They went into 12/12 on Sunday so what you see here is 5 days into flower. Still no signs of sex, but I don't expect anything for the next few days at LEAST.
My camera doesn't flash under the light of the hood so I had to tweak it this one a bit so you can see the girls a little better.
Liza is on the left and Gwen is on the right...
Liza is stretchy and perky, clearly more sativa dominant.
Gwen is squatty and droopy, she's an indica, but is she also underwatered? I just don't get it... she's always been pretty droopy though, so I'm not concerned really. Also, he leaves aren't cupping, they are "flat" and rigid it's the stems themselves that aren't perky. I swapped them out in the tent (Gwen is on the left now) that side of the tent seems to have more air movement from the fan, maybe that will help Gwen out a bit.

ARGH!! Why do sativas have to be so damn needy?! 
I had to remind Liza who's the boss today! LST on all four shoots.
She kept stretching upwards and burning herself.
Also, he height meant I had to raise the lamp which just further distanced Gwen!
Pics later today after the camera charges.
Oh and still no pre-flowers. But I can wait . . .

I didn't even consider that!? but!! Liza had stretched enough that I almost had my height max'd out.
I bought myself another week or so before I have to raise the shelf the hood hangs from.
that shouldn't be a problem when it comes time!
I believe so, I'm hoping for at least 1/2 oz from Gwen if not 1 oz.
Liza has 4 evenly sized main shoots and now with the LST opening up more budsites... I would expect to get about an ounce from her. Still much to dial in, this is the first grow in the tent after all.

I also went ahead an evened out Gwen, just gave her two more dominant shoots a little lean to match her lesser two shoots. Hopefully this will increase yield as all four tops are equal.
So now things are BIT more even, as Liza stretches over the next day or two, I should be looking at a nice blanket of green under my lamp!

Been in 12/12 for just over 7 days now with no signs of sex. Not much longer!
Thanks jax! I wasn't planning on the LST I wanted to top and be done with it, but for the sake of light penetration had to do a wee bit of training. I take my topping technique from Uncle Ben he has a whole thread on where to top.. the trick is to grow to about the 5th node, then top above the second. Growing to the 5th allow for the lower shoots to develop and then topping about the second leaves you with 4 new points for tops to come up from. He goes into a bit more detail about the hormonal response, and why this location is ideal. But that's the abbreviated version.
