I have my homemade drip rings up and running. I'm not yet satisfied, they drip too slowly. I have always watered like a caveman: I dump a gallon on each pot and let it soak in, dripping is like the polar opposite and the difference is unnerving!20230927_075358.jpg

The Polars are definitely forming flowers now.

Here's everybody. They would all be a little happier with a little more/less N. They don't seem to agree on much. I'm chucking them under the big light today and flipping, no they aren't ready. Then again I don't care about their peccadilloes
Mine weren't much larger when I flipped.

Droopy is still being a dick. I has three more days to figure itself out.

My single Acai Jelly is very similar to your "droopy" but It does look good after waterings and I have had sad lookin plants (mainly Og's) which have turned out good so I'm not stressing about mine whilst remaining vigilant. I'm only in small pots so I put my drooping Acai down to drying up a bit. All the very best with yours laughing Grass and I'll try get a picture of mine up if I get chance and figure out what I'm doing! Peace.

4 days after my last post here the polar gelatos have (hopefully) completed their stretch and they're forming nice buds. I have rooted clones of everything but the expert gelato, but if it turns out to be all that, I know how to buy seeds! It also is forming buds while the acai jelly remains unsexed, so I have to keep a sharp eye on it.20231001_080140.jpg20231001_081726.jpg

My Droopy Acai Jelly went to the Jelly farm to run and be free with the other Acai Jellys... I have a clone so I can revisit it in the future if I want.

I had to do some juggling with my table. The remaining Acai Jelly and one of the Polar Gelatos have kinda run away from the pack so I moved them all to the same side so I could raise the light. The GG is also huge but I knew that was a beast plant. The horizontal bars are at 3.5 feet and the big ones are close to pushing 5 feet.

Well, I ran out of headspace in another tent. Sheesh. I had to remove all the plants and relocate my filter and fan to outside the tent, pushing through the filter. The best thing about my other tent is it's a 2in1 4x5 so I use that extra 1x4 space as a utility closet for my res and fan filter combo.

Got a chance to measure the gelatos which are still very uniform but 48 to 50 inches tall, not including pots. Again, I was sleeping during the briefing about those. Double topping would have been useful. It certainly tamed the acai jelly.20231005_130832.jpg20231005_115421.jpg20231005_125802.jpg

At least there is very little side branching Almost none on the Acai and Polar

The GG is getting messy. It's going to need support

I topped the acai jelly twice to keep it short. It seems to be happy on what I'm feeding it which is 1 tsp Maxibloom and 1 tsp Calimagic per gallon, pH'd to 6.0.

Tent is packed and raging. Acai jelly is catching up, even though it went in the same.time as the expert gelato it took its sweet time to bud.

I installed drain trays and a rack to manage my runoff but of course I ran out of tubing to connect them to a floor drain. I'll get some today. Also waiting for the arrival of some Flora Flex trays to help automate my watering. Once those are installed I can let a timer take over.20231009_075332.jpg20231009_075346.jpg

So far I'm leaning towards the Polar Gelato over the Acai Jelly. Just seems more consistent. The one Acai Jelly that I kept is now over five feet tall from the table top. I haven't done any training really. Just topped once before I sent them into flower. The one thing I really like about both the acai and polar is they have virtually no side branching once you flip them into flower. It would be a great SOG strain if you could find a short phenotype.

I had a long run of bad luck with clones until I stole @shnkrmn's clone method the rapid rooter plugs. I'm using General Hydroponics Rapid Rooters, clone x and I keep them in this dome. It fits the GH tray perfectly.

WARNING all ACAI JELLY growers, mine is a banana factory on day 33 of flower. Sorry I can't post pictures of proof but I have found two sets of nanas on lower buds. I first noticed some in my water at the top of the pot as I watered they were floating. Then on further inspection there are separate sets under lower buds. I have removed the plant from the room and into the bin. It's a bit sad cos it smelt amazing and looked great too. It's a hard game sometimes and there is a lot of risk attached as you probably know. I'm disappointed with the expense of the seeds as I paid for my Acai Jelly. I now know why they (seedbanks) are handing the Acai jelly away like sweets as freebies. I mean when do seed banks ever give away £17 seeds????? I'll tell you when......... When there a piece of junk hermie. Oh well back to the cheaper shittier seeds for now. I hope it only happens to me and I'd like to see others get theirs over the line in one piece. I have read others have successes with the Pink Sunset and Polar Gelato so there's hope there at least. Peace and all the best guys.
