Shifting to 12/12 from necessity

The only auto I have grown is White Dwarf, and I would like to do some again. But, I would need to finish their last 4-5 weeks under 12/12 light in a flowering room (logistics). My question is what effect might that have? I agree that more light is one of the advantages of autos, but it's this way or no way.

you can do it, so I've heard. I have never tried it but the word is it will just result in a decreased yield.
My perhaps wishful thinking was that the only effect would be in veg and early flower when 24 hr light is utilized. I'm not sure it is in the last half of the flowering phase.

It works but less yield. I'm in the same boat and decided no more autos indoors. Just as easy and better yield with regular photoperiods.

I love autos think about 20/4 is the best light but herd 12/12 last few weeks makes it a denser finish. Last time i did one i took 2 months from the day i put the seed in the paper towel to the time it was ready to harvest. They were small 1oz per but it put me where i wanted to be quick. Autos are typically not as potent but the better ones are around 15% which is great day time smoke. P.S. the love L.E.D. lights and are hardy can handle a good amount of neuts.

I also had to do a switch - a week ago so my regular plants will finish when I want. I have one auto (Cheese) ready in a day or two from being done and two pineapple express autos about 2 weeks out. I switched from a 400 w MH to a 600 w HPS. I should get some idea pretty soon about the yield from the pe's and will let you know what I find out. :eyesmoke:
