shiny dead spots on leaves wtf?!?!? help its fast!

hey yall, i got two plants goin, one is 23 days old the other 12, and the older one (bagseed) has been super healthy till now, these brownish shiny areas are spreadin quick, i thought it was burn from the light at first but now i dont think so

please help if anyone knows what this is!

sorry im stoned here's more info it helps- their under two 6400k cfls, one 26 watt n one 35, as well as a 23 watt 2700k for a mixed spectrum. got two fans goin, one in one out, that turn on for 15 minutes an hour
temps range from 76-83 with lights on, 68 lowest at night

someone on my growjournal said it was a calcium deficiency, anyone had that problem before?
