Shipping status with Royal Mail?

I have an order from Attitude on its way. It has said this for the last 6 days:


Your item, posted on 01/11/08 with reference LY391360888GB has been passed to the overseas postal service for delivery in UNITED STATES OF AMERICA.



Does this mean its still in transit? It doesn't tell much, so what should I expect next?

I noticed they only updated it once on my order. Only time will tell

I was reading that same notice when the post lady stuck it in my mailbox. I don't think the USPS package check stuff works. Have read of others w/same notice after getting their seeds?

Just received my order from attitude on Tuesday. USPS is horrible about updating their tracking information. Went and checked the tracking after I had received it and it still said that they "had just been notified that the origin post was preparing shipment." Ordered twice from them, it takes ten days to the west coast, no worries.

how many days to the east coast, anybody know?

I had the same issue. For a few days it said something like '...being processed for delivery abroad...' then it changed to what you just wrote down except CANADA instead of UNITED STATES OF AMERICA.
I know Canada Post is pretty on top of things when it comes to updating their shipping statuses (statii? lol), but some companies seem really vague about what's actually being done with the package at any given time.
