SHIPPING WOES! could u a little advice from those of us more experienced with Herbies

Hey every one. Before i get all kinds of responses sayin "read the forums you moron theres like 8 threads about shipping problems..." i know this already. I have read them ALL. my problem with the other posts is that they all have to do with Attitude, not Herbies specifically. So i live in the North East US and i ordered some seeds (only 10) from Herbies Headshop. All the posts on the forums said herbies was awesome and shipping to the East Coast takes like 5 days or so. I ordered and the order was dispatched on the 27th of Dec. I do realize that there was a holiday in there.. however when i track on royalmail it says that its been passed to overseas postal service for delivery in the USA. this was on the 29th. Since then i have checked USPS every day and its still says Origin post is preparing shipment. I called USPS and they tried to tell me it has not left the UK,,,, But like i said, royalmail says its been in the USA for a week:wall:. my question to all of you: WHERE THE HELL ARE MY BEANS AT??? any input would be greatly appreciated
 
Maybe they have been confiscated and a letter is on it's way to you explaining as much. That would be worst case scenario, I wouldn't worry about that yet. Just give it a bit, shipping isn't always perfect and I know we get impatient.
 
its in customs in the us can take a few days to clear there and they dont update track info tell it pastes customs so its in that limbo land, and gov jobs alot ppl take time off around this time of year so could be back loged give it a few more days best of luck
 
You'll get them id say. I was a bit nervous on my last order too but everything came through perfect. I used attitude but the shipping methods between the two shops are the same i believe. Once it makes it to new york they dont really update until it makes it to your doorstep. I doubt customs looks through much mail during the holidays because of the many packages that come through. Good luck!
 
UPDATE:
just got my seeds today. packaging was all kinds of stealth and the seeds look great. took the usps over 2 weeks to get their ass in gear but it was worth the wait

Herbies stealth ships as good, if not better, than Attitude. The only difference is that they don't charge you $20 for it.

very true. i have ordered from both places and i gotta say that is a fair assessment. the only cool thing about the tude is u get something usable with it. this time i just got some blank dvds. the tude gave me a shirt :) but yeah, i would agree that (since i am more interested in the beans than the shirt) that herbies is def a better value. and jondamon, i will be germing them this week and setting up for the grow next weekend, prob sunday. i will be starting a journal in the next couple of days. would appreciate if u all subd.:peace:
