The Hindu HP have been hung and dried for 4 days. Going into jars and I’ll try to remember to weight them up before smoking them all.
My guesstimate was off and they won’t be as much as I was hoping.
I’ll be lucky if there’s 1.5-2zips each.
Also chopped and hung the field trip and that is for sure the last cookie cross going into this cabinet.
Not even a zip for sure....better be fantastic smoke.
So still in the cabinet
1 sakura f2 and 3 gg4 lbl s1
Added 2 more sakura and 1 gg4 lbl s1 and 1 power nap x double Dutch

It's fun to see what 180W of QB does in a 3x2.... I'm dropping this here (I hope you don't mind me jacking with your thread for a minute) because of your documentation of shorter light cycles (You landed on 8 hrs of light, right?). This is my new 2x2x4, ~160W of Bridgelux EB 2nd generation strips and today I just added about 150W more light with 2x Vero22Cs, 1x Osram SSL 150 660nm custom, 1x UV light, and 730nm flower trigger made with no name leds. 30 days @ 12/12, just changed light schedule to 5.5on, 10.5 off.... should be fun to see what happensIMG_20180315_113648998.jpg

Welcome
And very nice.
Both the monster plant and the diy lights.

If I had to make a guess on the outcome of your cycle change I’d say they will hurry the f up and mature a lot faster.
That’s one thing that running reduced light cycles has continuously shown.
Def speeds up flower initiation and maturity along with reducing weeks from harvest windows.
That can be both a good thing and bad depending but for our small areas I’ll take it.

yep, I've got 4-8 beautiful babies waiting to move to the flower tent ( I think I'll top them all for 4 main colas) -- I'm wanting to hurry flower as much as possible, knowing there will be some price paid in weight.

So a 16 hr day? What timer are you using?

I'm trying out the sonoff basics using the loop timer. I'm most concerned that the inrush current will eventually foul the relay, but Chronikool has not run into that problem and he runs a fair number of drivers on his.

At a total of what? 600 watts? The flouro balast is probably a delayed start (<25 watts anyway), the led drivers also probably have a built in delay (power sent to them but led dosent light right away). One thing you could try is drop the circuit breaker to a 10 amp temporarily to see if the in rush blows the breaker, if not you know it's less than 10 amp, I think the sonoffs are rated at 15.

the meanwells I have do 65A inrush according to spec (hlg-185h-48) http://www.meanwell.com/webapp/product/search.aspx?prod=HLG-185H

that said, no one has reported failures so the relays must be rated well for inrush current

Also have jarred up the first 4 plants but I doubt they will be around long enough to actually cure.

Hhp1 gave me 42grams
Had bubblegum smell during flower but it dried to a very typical of kush kinda taste.
Decent effects near immediate behind the eyes. It’s say 7-7.5 potency

Hhp2 gave me 38grams
Smelled of cedar and earth during flower and dried to a piney kush.
Not as potent or enjoyable as #1
4-5 potency

Field trip was the smallest plant and was most “sativa ish” only gave me 18 decent smokable grams. Had a fruity floral smell and dried very similar.
Great effects and potency but the yield makes cookies a no go in my small cab going forward.

Gg4 x lbl s1 gave me 29grams
And they retained their musky earth smell and have above average effect and potency. 7.5-8

Four more to harvest but no way I get near the full elbow with plants this small

2 gg4 lbl s1 and the lone sakura got hung today.
Pumped to smoke all three.
Sakura has a dank super sour cherry smell that I really hope stays 01311BCB-6EBC-47EA-8834-788DAFF11EC7.jpeg

Also gonna try running some 50/50 promix pv to see if that helps buffer the veg tent a bit better. I’m running out of possible solutions as to what’s happening in there.
6 jjhp seedlings 6 landos stash seedlings are now in solo cups.

Flower cabinet has only one s1 (purple yogurt) left in flower.
1 pn dd
1 sakura
2 gg4 lbl s1
3 more cowbell x lucky charms which aren’t very big but I’m curious how they flower.

Well it’s been a few days since I’ve updated but things are in the slow progress stages.
Still have the purple coloured gg4 lbl s1 going9AD68D98-2672-4B22-970D-2F90F659A6ED.jpeg
The rest are already started
A1FFDAB0-09A0-46E4-882F-157E735F5316.jpeg 5248F70E-5E2A-433F-A411-CD0241CCEE57.jpeg 1312C025-68D9-4226-970E-FCAB01492B99.jpeg
And surprisingly the clone taken at the end of flower and the plant itself have already revegged and look surprising for only 15days back in the tent

Hindu 2 got trashed because the smoke wasn’t as potent but reveg is a real option imo
