You have to start with a good rich organic soil, good nutes, hps light with a few fans. CFL's are ok for veg cycle, but for flower you need atleast a 250w HPS.

thats not a bad lookin plant for cfls

i grew ak48 this year and it looked about the same as yours at 2 months under cfls

then i put them outside in 4x3 holes and they ended up about 10 feet tall

@indicator I have rocks on the bottom for drainage and thats about it. I changed my grow room setup i hope this helps. If I start making it flower now ill get mini buds wont I lol? btw thanks for the help guys!

yea, you can flower at any point you want. You just wont get the yield your lookin for. As soon as you turn over to 12/12 cycle is when it will flower. You will notice flowers to start @ 1 1/2 - 2 weeks into it.

Hi, I typically mix about 30% perlite to whatever my peat/compost-based potting soil is... It lightens up the soil and allows for more oxygen in the root area. If you are working in coir, I don't think it applies. As kush said, you can flower whenever you want. If you plan to pot up first, you might want to try for at least 10% perlite in the mix. The reason I didn't say 30% is because plants are funny things. If you change the root texture to allow for a chunkier mix, you may find the plant rebels on you and refuses to infiltrate into the new structure. Good luck!

are those t5's? You might need to add more light. It looks like very little, could be another reason why they seem like they havent gone anywhere.

Hey guys is this ready for harvest and if not is it ok if i try a popcorn bud from the bottom!
