hey guys/gals i just started 5 more seedlings and i have a few questions about organic growing

i don't have the money to buy fox farm fert or any other ferts besides whatever i can get at my local store

my last grow was going to be organic but i realized that i needed nitrogen for my plants and used MG all purpose :spew:

at the home depot i saw they had blood meal that you mix into soil is that good?

also i have Neptune's harvest 2-3-1 is that good for flowering?

any round the house items would be great

thanks

Hey man, I just got some stuff and it seems to be doing the trick. It is Alaska Fish Fertilizer, its organic, and I bought mine at the local ace hardware. I hear it is also available at Wally World's and possibly Lowe's in the states. It comes out to about 8 dollars but seems to go a long way. I like their little seal on the bottle "The Original New World Fertilizer" and it shows some little pilgrims or some shit. Maybe I was just high, loved it though.

Blood and bone meal, fish emulsion, and diluted urine. The urine is almost free, but you do have to mix it with water.

also molasses, is easy to get and relatively cheap, and if you are a banana eater I've heard you can boil the skins to get some of the nutrients out.

NOT to be confused with a knob gobbler or the guy you schedule for a Bris.

I believe he said he's a student who's majoring in some line of plant/horticultural studies. Which leaves me wondering how and why it is that you're not the one telling us where to find and how to use inexpensive organic fertilizers. :?

Ok I Love Frugality:

Pee cut 20:1 with Ro or aged water 30:1 to start.
Build a cheap worm bin, compost pile, with free (dumpsterdived) items. I'll upload a gallery soon of mine.
Coffee houses have free used coffee grounds sometimes.
If you actually spend any money: Dolomite lime, soil microbes for starter (I'm sure there is a free way around this too.)
Dumpster dive pet food (pet stores after hours) and make tea.
how close is the nearest dariry farm or animal farm of any kind? (find someone who raises rabbits)
Peace Love and Elbow Grease.
EDIT: Write in Ron Pall

Update on the Alaska Fish Fertilizer. It says deodorized on the bottle, however, this completely baffles me as is smells like liquid death. Due to the sheer smell of this, I will only be using it on outdoor trees and shrubbery. This shit should have been on Fear Factor. Fox Farms Big Bloom has no odor, if it does I cannot detect it after the damage to my sniffer was done by the Alaskan.

Holy shit... I've got my gallon bottle sitting outside, just BEGGING to be opened up! :x I've seen how this stuff is made (on tv, not in person thank you GOD), it's no wonder it stinks the way it does.

How is it made? If I ever do use another application on it indoors I will surely mix it outside and wear gloves. The worst part is today my dog found a little dead catfish on the side of the lake and rolled all over it. I had to clean him up, it was not that bad compared to the Thousand of Dead Fish Souls that must be contained in just one bottle of Alaska. Unfortunately it works really well I am finding out.

 FUCKING DOGS! I've got a dog that used to do the same goddamn thing! She can hardly walk now, so the worst is peeing right off the deck out front. Fucking dog.

Anyway, it's made from the fish carcass leftovers from processing stuff like salmon, cod, tuna, just think of anything that's fishy and processed in any way for us to eat (fish sticks, for instance), and all those heads and guts and parts are processed for things like pet food, fertilizer, and so on. It's sort of like sausage, but liquid. And fertilizer. Not as fattening, either.

It was 8 bucks at ACE hardware, I guess Walmart and Lowes has it too. It is a big bottle. It is like a sludge so it says 2lbs on it. haha

What sort of chemicals do they use in it? I went to the website and could only find that it was "All Natural" and it stated
"All Purpose Deodorized Fish Emulsion OMRI Listed-approved for use in production of organic food"

I will stop using it if it is chemical ridden, I like organic.
