I've asked this question before and have gotten the following responses (from different people):
1) Higher temps
2) add UVB
3) shortened day cycles (less than 24 hours day cycles)
4) more Red (630nm and/or 660nm) , or higher CRI
5) GLR in veg (leads to faster start of flowering)
6) using 730nm far red trigger for 5-15 min at lights out
7) smaller pots (1/2 gallon) - plant being rootbound can lead to faster finish
graduated lights-on time (reduce lights-on by 30 min per week)
I'm currently doing 1,2,3,4,6 but I only started @ day 30 of flower. I'm running 5.5 hrs on, 10.5 hrs off with Sonoff timers utilizing the loop timer feature. I'm currently at 45 real days of flower, however 15 of those days have been running 5.5/10.5, so if you consider that a 16hr day, I'm at 49 days flower.
