shortness of light!!!!!

My girls are in the first week of flowering and today (because of power problems with the timer) the lights whent on around 30 mins too early.
What will be the conecuense of this and what should i do if this happends again?? Should i turn it right off again, even tho it went on??? And again, what are the result of this in the harvest??

just keep a schedule written down and if your lights turn off again because of the power, just look at your schedule and turn the lights on or off depending on what they need. it wont hurt them to mess with the lights a little bit. happy growin

idk 600 watts seem plenty
but i be way off to say you would need more leaves to absorb that hps light..
maybe shoulda stayed with the veg lights alittle longer..with blue light i alwasy see rapid growth and yummy lushous leaves...then pop the big guns out
and they should do what they were made to do
