speaking of fucking cops.. >:|

it happened again.

right at 9:00am this morning.. another cop came creeping by my house in a marked city squad car. I live on a corner.. and there's a stop sign in my yard. Well, I was watching him.. he stopped at the stop sign. But that's where it all started.. he sat there for 5 minutes. Got out of his car (by this time.. every bone in my body is shaking.. getting ready to throw my two plants into the fireplace and set it ablaze.) he walks over to the passenger side of his squad car and does something for about 2 minutes (I couldn't see what he was doing, my view was blocked by a tree). He then walks back over to the drivers side of his car and gets back in. I'm thinking.. okay he's going to leave now... he just had to adjust something or whatever. Nope. I was wrong.. he sat there for a good 10 minutes before I seen him put the car in gear.

I was thinking he got called out somewhere.. but if he did, he sure took his fucking time leaving the area. He turned right at my stop sign and idled on over around to the next street somewhere. Needless to say, someone that I've been talking to here lately has got me suspicious.. and I like to play things safe, so i think I'm going to cut all ties and communication with this person for a while and see if things change.

I could just be being very paranoid.. but I'd rather be prepared.. than unprepared. ;)

I mean he could have just been sitting there for no real reason.. but I get blamed for anything that happens around this neighborhood and I seen one of my neighbors the other day. He had a flat tire.. and I'm sure the dickhead mentioned my name as someone of "interest". That could be one of the reasons the piggy came by today... who knows. But again, I'd rather be prepared.. than not be prepared.

the cops know who I am.. that's one of the fallbacks for me. They know my father.. and they know he's a well respected and known judge. So they really don't mess with me unless I do something REALLY off the wall and stupid. They know that I recently beat a "possession" and a "conspiracy" charge.. which originally, the "possession" charge was a class Y felony and the "conspiracy" charge was a Class 'A' misdemeanor... but between my father pulling strings and asking favors from the "higher ups" and my brother IN-law doing what he could do.. I got the felony charge beat. Well, I got it lowered to the lowest level misdemeanor. But I am on 5 years probation.. no piss tests or anything like that though. Wasn't part of the "deal" that my father asked of the "higher ups". I've got 2.5 years left of probation.. and I'd like to make it through that last 2 years. ;)

But yeah, the cops know about all that... and they kinda pick on me for it. But its all gravy.. it wouldn't take much to have one of their badges.

anyhow, I think I'm finally back to normal after all that. Was like an "outer body experience" almost. Seeeesh! I mean seriously.. leave me the fuck alone people. Don't start no shit.. there won't be no shit.

peace.

This is a great thread to mention "Dont worry they need probable cause".

they don't need probable cause if she's on probation. i think it's the other way around, her being on probation creates probable cause for the cop....

anyways.

if a cop is standing with a gun pointed at you its already too late. better not fidget or anything. cops get nervous and this happens:

Typical rookie cop thing. They should be required to have the one in the chamber a blank, damn glocks anyway, yeah I have one, but I don't keep one chambered, too easy to chamber a round, and Glocks really don't have a real safety, their so called safety is on the trigger, good Idea or bad??

Yep typical rookie mistake, you aren't supposed to have your finger even on the trigger unless you intend to shoot. The Glock actually has 3 safeties, 2 internal. Makes it impossible for the gun to discharge unless you pull the trigger. Cop pulled the trigger, cop intended to pull the trigger. Glocks in COP issue have a 12 pound single action trigger, its not hair trigger at all, you have to give it a good squeeze through 2 stages to get the striker to fire. LOTS of pistols have no safety, Personally out of the 5 pistols I own, only the .22 has a safety.

You know Med, you and i would probably have a good time together at the shootin range. Vegas is only a $90 flight from where I live, But I refuse to fly until the TSA removes their naked scanners and sexual assault teams from the airports.

i haven't flown back to the US after the naked body scanners were put in..i wanna ask for a pat down instead but ill bet big money that a pat down request will be a lot more harsh than walking through a radioactive fuckin scanner...
