Should a grower get a lawyer?

yeah for sure a lawyer seems always to be a good thing, its just how can i trust going up to a lawyer and just telling him what i do and having him help me accordingly knowing what i do
 
only thing he would tell you is to tell none he wouldn't know the things not to get caught.
I say don't tell him everything until you get caught which i hope that day don't come.
 
I would go through my nearest chapter of NORML to get a lawyer for any pot related issues. They would be the kind of lawyer that would have alike personal feelings towards your cause and "crime".

I would also feel much more comfortable talking with them about any issues directly related to your work. Find one that has court experience in the nearby areas to where you would most likely get in trouble in.

As far as just getting general information about laws, sentences, specific cases in your area - google is your friend and its free.
 
talking to a brief will do you no good what so ever just take what is comeing to you like a man put your case forward yourself.the only time that i would talk to a brief is if i was getting charged with intent to supply.if you are one of the growers that has got more plants than you cold ever smoke your self over a growing time you are in shit creek only grow what you need If you are not used to talking in court then get one by all means.but if you do grow twice has much because there nhot cheep.

I want to say you said only get a lawyer if you have a shitload of plants? And only if you sell? You're blatantly incorrect on this matter. So you'll go to court with no lawyer?
 
I think you've almost got him there, mane. As I'm interpreting him, he seems to feel that the only time you really need an attorney is if you're being charged... BIG (so to speak). Who was that guy who shot up all those people on the train and then insisted on representing himself...? I think he got the death penalty.. I can't remember his name, but.. I think Ted Bundy also represented himself. And look where that got him. :lol:
