Should Fan leaves be trimmed during flowering?

Hey Guys,

I've heard that trimming fan leaves during flowering can stress your Plants. However, on this plant here there is a lot of thick growth. It seems to be blocking lower buds from receiving light... Would you leave this how it is or remove some leaves?

First i would read all 12,415 threads on this topic.

Then, i would go crazy from the nonsense that's contained in all of them.

This is something I started doing 3 grows ago. I know many people say not to cut any leaves. What I do is a compromise for the plant. When I find a flower that isn't getting light due to a leaf above it I cut the middle leaf out. That allows light in and keeps the plant healthy.

You can sinp a few that block light, but don't go crazy on her.

there is no form without function. very little is wasted in nature. Now go crazy and pull off the food producers.

Never shall this subject die.....Ever.
There will always be those that believe Mother Nature needs lots of help from us.
......Which might explain why she can get so mad at us sometimes.
