Should I be concerned?

I'm purchasing a town home in just a few weeks and will be setting up a 5'x5' tent in a room that is roughly 10'x12'. I'll be running the 800w LED (ROI E720) for my light source. I was thinking of using a bar fan to circulate air at the bottom half of the tent and a stand up/pedestal fan to circulate the air up top. I'm running a carbon filter with an AC Infinity inline fan to exhaust the air outside the tent. I can't exhaust the air outside my window due to HOA rules and I really don't want to pay to have an exhaust port installed in my roof. I have no clue how how much heat that will coming out. Is this an issue or will the set up be fine?

You'll need to keep the door to this room open to the rest of the house at the very least, possibly even with a fan blowing air into the room, or as Hoe says, you'll need a window AC. That 800 watt LED will produce a shocking about of heat in a room that size.

HOA prohibits ac window units and fans in the window. Trying to keep a certain level of class for their townhomes which are backed up to a Motel 6.

I'm wondering if I should scale back to a 600w to help remove some heat.
