This is a plant that was originally outside. it has flowered outside for about 10 days and inside for 8 (so far). I brought inside to finish up because it was the only outdoor plant out of 4 that has any real potential.

So I am wondering if I should prune the lower portion or wait a couple more week and chop the top and then harvest the rest a little later on ?

I would cut off all of the big fan leaves wait a bit harvest and then wait a bit longer then harvest the rest

I disagree. Keep the leaves on. Reason being is the fan leaves are what gives the plant it's energy from light. They act like little solar panels to fuel the plant and make it grow. I only remove fan leaves that are yellowing/dying and no longer serve a purpose.

If you're past the 3rd week don't cut off anymore branches, lollypop in veg and up to the third week of flower if needed.

So I only removed leaves that fell off when lightly pulled downward (yellow/brownish).
What is lollypoping ?
Should I harvest top part of plant first and let bottom grow a little before harvesting it ?

lollypoping got its name from making a massive cola look like a lolly on a stick. Its were you strip all the lower leaves etc. Looks like you have some small buds at the bottom so I would leave those leaves alone. No leaves = no buds in that area. The buds draw the energy from the leaves in the corresponding area causing them to grow.

I would not cut off the top now. You should only do that in the veg cycle, and cutting and pruning in flower should be kept to a minimum.

What about topping in order to do a multiple harvest ?
Remove top cola in a couple of weeks and the lower buds 2 weeks after that ?

From Ed Rosenthals Closet Cultivator:

If the lower canopy is left on the plants for another 7 to 15 days after the top part is picked, it will ripen . Some varieties develop new growth with this treatment, others just ripen. If the plants were well pruned and each has only a few leads, it is likely that all of the buds on the plant will be finished at the same time.
