Also been growing for 2 months is it time to switch to flower light cycle

Sure - clean up little sucker growth. No need for plant to waste resources on tiny growth.

you can also top it - stimulate lateral growth then later flip it.

So far I cut those is that ok and is it bad to cut all the lower ones at once ? Would it cause stress

Go ahead and remove all the lowers.. No stress, it stimulates them..
