Probably not.

Your plants have stretched too much, most likely down to a lack of light. Also, they are getting way too much nitrogen, that is why the leaves are a very dark green and shiny.

What are you growing them in? Soil, Coco or something else? What are you feeding them?

Defoliation is normally carried out the first day of 12/12 and 3 weeks into 12/12 (day 20-22). If you're outside of that window do not start stripping stuff or the plants will likely respond negatively. From the looks of it, nah. Don't do it.

Where? I do not se it. It is just auto my guess…
I have reveg my plants a few times over the years and I can tell by looking at the fan leaves, single blade leaves, some grow uneven, the hairs on the buds are normally brown, clear crystals on the large fan leaves where they have grown out of the bud. There lots of signs if you know what you are looking for.

I did a defoliation like one in a half week ago that why the leaves are so small and they are a northern light auto
To my knowledge you don't want to do anything more than low stress training with Autos due to the limited recovery time. If you want to mainline and top and defoliate you should look into growing photoperiod plants that you can clone and give extra veg time.
