Should I Flower? (Pics)

Alright, I have 5 WW that are 16 inches tall, been vegging for 5 weeks under 400w MH.

I have 2.5 feet more that I can raise the light up, so should I begin flowering now or when?

As you can see, I have pre-flowers, and have already pulled one male. I also have a pic of the alternating nodes.

Thanks for the help!

There you go! Advise, suggestions?

if you're running out of room then i probably would. i had a height issue before and i completely ran out of room where my tops were about on the light

I would for sure switch to 12/12 now. You may run out of space already...
Think so? They are 16in and have 30in left vertically that I can grow up to, so even if they double in height I would still have another foot left to go.

I'm thinking another week would be good, eh?

I ran out of space and it sucked really bad. They just shot up like crazy when i switched and i ended up having to LST and Supercrop them down to an acceptable height.

Just make sure you don't wait too long cause it sucks!

Good luck man,

That's pretty thoughtful that you would even mention that. I don't take offense. The whole point of this place is to get different opinions so we can all learn from each other.

GOOD LUCK!

Oh, and I'm not trying to be a dick Cane'Bosem, just wanting some more opinions bongsmilie:peace:

Dude, go to flower. I was in your position my first grow and let them go "a bit" longer. Once they were kicked into flowering, they grew and big. I can only attribute it to "competition". Each plant trying to one up the neighbor for the light.
I'm not complaining mind you; learned alot and got lucky. Just started flowering a couple new plants. They are nice and short and BUSHY! I'm not going for big yield, but POTENT yield on these two.

How much larger did yours get when you switched?

if they are 16 inches, and you only have 30 more (with room for light?) Change that timer. you might be supprised at how much they stretch before they're done.

Yeah that 30in is for growing, I have already subtracted my room for light.

I like how resilient you are!!! Just about everyone said to flower now but you're still gonna wait!!!! :)

I know how that is man, haha. I think we all do.

I hope you're right and the space works out perfectly.

GOODLUCK

I think I'm going to wait a few more days.

Yeah I have yet to see any other pistil's on the others, I hope to know soon. So do you think I significantly impacted my yield from going ahead to flower? bongsmilie
