right, heres the situation. my mother-in-law has had a chronic neck problem for the last 10 months or so. every time she goes to her doctor he just gives her more pain klillers. shes now on morphine strips. im trying to explain to everyone about the harm this constant stream of prescribed drugs can do to her body. ive got a crop comin so should i make her some space cakes and see if it will help? its tough as i dont want to alienate my self from the family and i dont even really love the women but.......i hate to see someone in pain you know?


oh i took her out last night. one punch. it was a peach. lol

Not sure i understand you last line there but, If you want to give you MIL space cakes then just ask her. Say I have some alternative medicine that is not addictive etc.. Are they cool with cannabis use against it etc.. Do Not give them to her unknowingly or she might make you divorce you wife lol.

You can get some serious prison time for giving the woman drugs she doesn't know about. Regardless of how we feel that cannabis treats the body, it's up to her if she wants to damage things with pain killers. IF you do plan on hooking up moms with space cakes, make sure she is fully aware and knows any risks. Make sure that she has no pre-dispositions in her health that marijuana may adversely affect. The last thing you want is her getting to stoned and having a panic attack because she doesn't know what to expect.Or something even worse.She needs to be aware of everything.Maybe go to a doctor's office that issues reccomendations and pick up a bunch of pamphlets and information packets.And as far as punching old women : FOR SHAME.

Fuck it. I would do it. Give her those space cakes and see how she feels. whats the worst that can happen? she gets high and becomes comfortable. Don't worry about the prison crap cause its just weed.

Not worrying about that prison crap, hm. You don't know how she will take the high. Assuming she doesn't like it and finds out you gave her something like marijuana without her knowing, it could get nasty. She could say you tried to poison her, for all it matters.

dude the cop in dearborn MI a few years ago....stole some bud from the evidence room, cooked it into brownies, ate the brownies with his gf, then called the cops because he thought they were dying.

if you dont smoke bud you have no toleranc for it and you might trip out ESPECIALLY if you dont know why you feel that way.

however i do not think the OP was asking if he should SLIP it in her brownies but hes asking if he should even bring it up to her.

I've known non smokers to freak out after a couple tokes. That being said I've known serious smokers that freak out after eating brownies... edibles + nonsmoker is usually NOT a good idea. If she agrees start her off very slow.

lol. sorry guys i think i have been mis-interpreted here a little....i have no intention of doing it without her knowledge. i was thinking of making the cookies bringing them to her explaining what they were and staying the night to make sure she doesn't pull a whitey. the main worry for me is she has 6 daughters and a son and although her daughter that i am marrying is a toker all her other sisters are a lot less tolerent. or liberal. so my main worry is about should i ask her? is it a good thing? is it a good idae to turn a 60 year old women into a potential bud smoker?

I had an issue with those funny cakes and my mother... She ate some bites somehow got dizzy and sick. It is not a good idea to drug someone who has not got any clue about what going on.

maybe it would be a better idea to roll her a spliff?? at least then i suppose she can have a few drags and then chill. it might be a bit easier!

Now that you put it that way it doesn't sound like such a bad idea. It probably is a good idea to introduce it in a much smaller dosage like smoking. Ideally somebody with health problems of 60 years old should use a vaporizer, in my opinion.
