Should I give up?

I've invested about 2 months into this little guy. Dont think its healthy looking. I gave it miracle grow once and then learned that it may be a bad idea. I am currently giving 18hrs with 1 23WCFL and 1 florescent grow light, temp is good and I recently started putting a fan on for a few hours a day. I water it with pellegrino about once a week...i've read a good amount on problem solving but I think I need someone to look at the plant and give solutions any help greatly appreciated

Less is more ... move the light away from the plant , I does not need to be so close to it ,,,, Give it small doses of room temp tap water ( let a gallon sit out for 24 hrs ) .. every 10 - 12 hrs .. I would not hold my breath , good luck

Give your plant more water - once a week is too long. Up the lighting to 20/4 (20 on, 4 off). Use the MG but only give it about a quarter of what it says to give houseplants for now. It can come back. Good luck!

After two months with that result, i would indeed give up, and take some time out to learn what needs to be done to grow a cannabis plant properly or even semi-properly.

There is a big discussion in the newb section right now about hostility towards newbs. One of the big things I've noticed is people showing hostility towards noobs because they don't know what they are talking about but still give out advice.

Moving the plant further away from CFL or Floro tubes is not the way to go. The plants aren't burnt from the light, so he doesn't have them to close to the light.

Giving your plant water every 10-12 hours is also bad practice if it's not your regular watering schedule and you know how fast your soil is drying out. Plants don't need water constantly. Let the soil dry out before watering your plants.

Don't give out advice if you don't know what your talking about.

How do you know that watering his plants once a week is to long to wait to water? Under CFL the soil dry's out a lot slower than under ML or HPS. Pick your plant up after you water it, feel the weight. Now wait for it to dry out (put your finger in the soil a couple of inches, if it's still wet wait longer), pick it up and see how it feels. Now you know what your plant should feel like when it needs watering.

Plus the degree of stretching would indicate that lights being further away is the last thing needed.

Ummm....this may be just plain ignorance on my part but isn't Pellegrino mineral/sparkling water...if so I'm not too sure that is good for your plant. Perhaps that's the problem?

I say you came this far, keep her. Try to revive all while starting another harvest. Knowledge is knowledge but use the first hand to your advantage. Thats what i'd do:blsmoke:

Yup....this is exactly what I was talking about. Sometimes it's hard to refrain myself. At least in this instance, the plant is so hopeless that he can't do this one any more harm.

To the OP, if you're serious and want to be successful, start over. Start a grow journal, link to it here and I and others will help you from the start to get off in the right direction and get yourself some ganja.

Yeah....I'm not an expert on watering with mineral water, but it's not something I've heard of as common practice. I would think it's not doing the plant any good and it's expensive.
