Should I keep Seedling?

This is my first grow n I was following a book by Cervantes n it said wait five days to plant after the wet towel germ. Method
It also stated to plant twice as long as the root let which was pretty big actually to the point of it having shown its cotyledon leaves.
I followed the instruction and planted but my instinct told me it was too deep and I was pretty sure the Catyledon leaves that had shown on the pp towel method meant to allow them to breathe so I disobeyed the instructions and I dug up the little fucker who looked all fucked up or struggling to break through
Point is I dugout up n when I did it looked like the first set of serrated leaves where bout to sprout.
I learned the instructions where not to be taken word for word and that certain strains and seeds vary mine actually growing Catyledon leaves before the 5 days directed in the book.

Do you think this seedling will make it or not?.. It's an auto flower in 50/50 peat/perlite under 400w mh lamp. The stem seems to be punched n fucked up
I put it under the light at 9 am n it never erected. It kinda dropped but I put it up right n open the Catyledon up to expose the serrated n it has stood up in that position.

No..! it is doomed ...see to your mix, the peat will suck up and hold a shitload of nute leading to serious nute burn later...
stick to common sense and more study on your part will get you up to speed, simple easy grow must be your first ...so make it easy
go get some fox farm ocean forest, add some more perlite mix well, and its important to fill the solo cup to within half an inch of the top

repot the seedling to a much easier mix, she should survive in time

here possibly the same Cervantas guide I keep on RIU.: https://www.rollitup.org/Journal/Entry/12-week-grow-sceneario-by-jorge-cervantas.30164/

I actually snapped the stem n just tossed the whole fucker out.
Just threw my NL auto in a cup of water so Ina try this again.
I got some roots organic original
Would that be good to fuck with 2 start me up?..
So no peat moss at all?

I started using roots organic for clones a few weeks ago very nice soil. Good for seedlings.

All my seedlings are put in peat until 3weeks and never had an issue, then again never give no nutes until I transplant with good root mass then fees a low dose.
If you follow a book you will have problems, different room temps and humidity and what not.
Try doing it your self and follow you instinct and your plant, not a book or what other people use.
I grown five grows and only just masterd the nutes and deff/ excess free grow. It takes time but you need to make your own mistakes thats how you will learn.
After that I would suggest using some ones idea.
Good luck on next round I wouldn't put seedlings in a soil with nutes or slow released stuff untill they have grown four to five nodes.

Get container. Fill with soil. Poke hole knuckle deep. Drop in seed. Cover. Pat soil down. Water lightly. Leave it alone.

It looks like its already damped off. Damping off is from over watering. Is there holes in the bottom of the cup? And when you water a seed just use two days worth of water. Like how long it takes for the water to dry up in two days because a plant the size of a pinkey nail wont drink a full cup of water. I use a 60 ml syringe to water seeds.

Betting you misread or misunderstood. I've read much of his stuff and have never seen anything like that coming from JC. Probably said it could take five days to germinate, and to plant at twice the depth of the seed, not the sprouted root.
