Should I let the LadyBugs loose?

So, just discovered mite problem. Caught it early so maybe I can nip it um...out of the bud. So, got 1500 LadyBugs and a gallon of Mighty Wash. Any good experiences or dire warnings you got to share would be welcome here. Trying to keep it low cost and as kosher as possible, since some plants are getting late and flower, and I'm not into poisoning my cash supply. Fling some wisdom at me like a monkey flings poo.

If you can contain the ladybugs ... let'em go, used them before with pretty good success myself, but the dang things do get out :wall: and sprinkle them on the leaves and try to cover a lot of area with them, they are slow movers. Never used mighty wash, so can't advise on that.

ladybugs love to fly into exhaust fans. if u turn them lost 95% will find a way out of you room in the first few hours. and they dont really like mites as much as they like other things, they will eat them but they will search for other things first

They are in flower ...so I let the Little LadyBugs out after I drenched them all in the Mighty Wash. Neem oil I like but there wan't any readily available at my grow store, and I needed something like right NOW! So we'll see how it goes...Going back out in a bit to inspect and wash with plain water as I read that Mighty Wash can leave a pretty badass residue. Plans for tomorrow....Lather, rinse, repeat.

Release them at night if u cant put a mesh over the lights - they're gonna die
