Should I Open A Delivery Service, Collective Or Dispensary?

Hi,
This is JackHerrer420's girlfriend and we've been thinking about opening a delivery service or dispensary or collective but Im not sure which is the best to get into. I want it to be as legal as possible and Ive heard of "not for profit" which is different for "non profit". Does anyone have any first hand expirience with any of these? Any tips or advice would be appreciated too. Thanks

GL getting a permit for a dispensary/collective. Delivery service is probably the most realistic. If anyone who wanted could open a dispensary, we'd all have one.

My county has refused to take any more applications for dispensaries because they have too many.

Looks like one company has a total lock on dispensaries in Cali. What's friggin new, right?

Do you still need a business permit for a delivery service?
