No its not ready yet by the looks of the pistils. Is this your 1st plant? Do you have a powerful magnifying glass?
 
From the photo it looks like another month to go, I wouldn't pick it. Try and figure out what the problem is, I haven't dealt with that before so i really don't know what it could be. Hopefully someone can help.
