Should I plant this now or can I wait longer?

Started 3 seeds a week ago, paper towel into jiffy peat pellets and into a black plastic thing with a lid. One of them has this long root coming out of the bottom but the other 2 don't have any roots showing at all. Should I plant the one with the root now or can I wait until all 3 are a bit bigger before I move them into my 5gal pots? Thanks

Other 2 look like this:

plant them in solo cups for a while then put them into the larger 5 gallon pots
I don't understand why people bother repotting... In nature a weed bush ends it's life cycle in the same spot it planted itself as a seed. I always plop my seeds right in my 5 gallon bucket and keep them covered with a plastic dome/spritzed with water until about the second week when they're hardy enough to survive 600w and a fan.

It is difficult for new growers to develop good watering/feed practices
Up-potting can make a big difference in covering for errors

I had a seedling die once because I didn't check it for 24hrs. That shits like the Holocaust.... NEVER AGAIN!! I always check my seedlings 2-3x/day now, as the experience was quite traumatic. I can still see it all limp and shrivelled up... Not to mention the sad attempt at trying to revive it's lifeless corpse over the next 3 days. No grower should have to witness that shit, but i still feel the experience has made me stronger.
