I have always gotten better yields with larger pots. It has the added benefit of requiring less frequent watering, which is a big plus for me since I travel regularly. That said, I have done just fine in 3G pots, but if you have the pots, soil and room, go for it, and give it a week or 2 to settle in after the repot and you will certainly get a larger yield in the 5G pots.

More strain dependent on the colas, also depends on how you train them. This is one I grew in a 3G pot and got about 6 zips dried.

holy shitballs!!!! .... i have been doing lst from the start and each girl has 6-12 main heads coming up all on top soo im hoping they look something like yours buuut it looks like you might know what your doing lol great job man really!!!

An alternative to transplanting if you have enough room you can always get a 5-6 gallon pot, add some holes to your 3g , place a couple gallons of dirt in the larger pot on the bottom, place the smaller pot in it and add dirt on the sides di the roots have a place to go if they need it, haven't tried it but I'd throw african violet soil as a suggestion as it has 0 nute value ( dont want nitrogen in the late phase) and its 6.5-6.
7ph Iif I recall correctly
