should I start adding nutes?

ok so I'm around 3 weeks into veg and it's in pro-mix under 400 watt hps.
I've over feted on my last 2 grow so I've held back on ferts this time.
just wondering if I should start adding something with nitrogen as my leaves are starting to look lighter green. any help is appreciated.thanks

i believe pro-mix is soil-less peat/coco so it has 0 nutrients. If this is the case you wont hurt a 3 week old plant with a light feeding of about 500 PPM.

...I've never tried indoor nor have I tried pro mix( or a soil-less mix) before so I'm not 100% sure but fish fert with some type of mineral/rock dust mix with water shouldn't hurt anything. If u want start out with just the dust and water see how thangs work out then toss in the fish fert later since uve burned before that'd be ok to...... if it needs immediate feeding then foliar spray with a fish fert water mix...

I grow in Canna Terra promix, it has nutrients in it, my plants grow healthy too day 50 with 100 ppm tap water =)
