should i start flowering. take a look.

this is my first grow and not sure if i should change the lighting to 12/12 for flowering or wait longer.
i planted the seeds 4 weeks ago today. any help please

give em another week or two, the grow rate explodes from this point on. or check out the 12/12 from seed thread


have you topped them? i usually top em about this stage actually

Atleast wait till preflowers show fellow grower, no point wasting your time or your money on growing boys

All about PATIENCE!! Heres my Arctic Sun mom, in flower now almost at 4 weeks in this pic... **You should keep a mom from plants you currently have(after they show preflowers ofcourse as would be kinda hard to pick mom now lol); an take cuttings from her; an than you can put rooted cuttings straight to 12/12 if you wish fellow grower** **Just my 2 cents worth as it sucks always starting from seed...**

i have the height to let them veg for longer but will the plants also get wider the longer i leave them??

Yes, they will get wider and if you top them they will get widerrr ( ofcourse size/width/growth ect ect all depends upon strain,ect ect ) Jus wait till they preflower than toss males away an than put female in bigger pot and turn light to 12/12 an change to bloom nute fellow grower... happy growing

i use feminized seeds. can i change them to 12/12 lighting the now or do i have to wait until preflower cheers

Your grow, flip when you are ready. It looks like you should probably do it within the next 2 weeks due to space limitations.
If it was me i would wait for the 1st, then you know you started flowering 1/1/12
