should i top or lst

i dont know what to do i want the high yield, and im a first time grower

if i top i should get 6 tops i can get 4 to

or should i just LST

i like to lst instead of topping. i always find that after i top, the plant takes some extra time to heal before it vigorously starts growing again. i would lst that plant it looks like there is good space in between nodes to allow room for good growth after you tie it down. but its is really a matter of personal preference. you cant go wrong either way.
