thats pretty true. No, not really. I have regularly been in the larger grow rooms of some of the breeders and indeed they do often use co2 in a sealed environment and of course we have all seen the advanced nutrient set ups etc . For for my own personal grows I have enriched with home made techniques occasionally but to be honest I have done it to help them through a warm patch or aire-con problem or something as oppose to increase the size you know?
I think experienced growers will naturally venture that route as we are always progressing and like to experiment etc and in many cases will have everything down to a fine art and get as much as possible out of the grows.
With 'thewiseman' it is his first grow he says so we know he is not experienced and he might not really need co2 and a first time grower would possibly have more chance of doing more harm than good?
Of course we don't know all the details
I'm a fan of Co2, and would even debate some issues of it being niche BUT your deffintly 100% on about it being his first grow. (assuming he's bright)this is the time to just log down growth patterns, environmental issues (high and low temps/humidity, nutrient dosage,) and the like. I would start creating a solid base line before I went for all the bells and whistles, if I had it to do over again.. if I was bright, I wasn't and i deffently hurt plants and needlesy wasted money.
I think 3lions is trying to point you into the right direction, but as he said earlier we/I don't know all the fact and I don't want to presume to know what you know.
