Should i water

I havent watered since i planted it and its about an inch tall but no definate leave structure the soil is barely moist...should i drop a spoon full if water in there??

just keep it moist not saturated

yeah def let it dry out before each watering..but not to the point of droppy leaves..just water till the water comes out the bottom..plants that size dont use that much water
