I think world history might have been better off had we sided with Germany against the Soviet Union.

Due to Germany being allies with the Ottoman Empire just 25 years earlier, they would have had better outcomes with the way things evolved in the mid east.

The one draw back is how the Germans were treating the jews. BUT form strictly a number of lives lost, Stalin was more evil than Hitler.

I'm not sure I buy that Hitler was more evil becuase his targets were ethnic minorities as opposed to political enemies and others. Stalin was just as evil.

My understanding was the Japanese ambassador attempted to meet with Roosevelt days before the attack, but was refused, leaving a written formal declaration of war behind.

I don't deny that race plays a roll, but it's far from the most important roll. Poor whites and poor blacks are similarly treated. And in this article there is proof.

maybe once you acknowledge the existence of what i have already posted, we can move on to some othe rstuff that also shows how wrong you are.

Your data doesn't compare like with like. It is just raw data.
It compares all black people with all white people. This is not the correct way to do it. One has to compare similarly situated people.

Your data offers no explanation for my point and the data I have that shows class is much more of a factor than race.

I didn't arrest your stupid NFL point because cash on hand has little bearing on class.

These black kids come from predominantly poor areas, they hit the genetic lottery and get a college scholarship, but they're still not getting paid.

Then if they standout there they are drafted and given large sums of money. But they're still the same people they grew up around. They keep friends and habits from that time in their life. Do you have any idea how high a percentage of these nfl players are broke 10 years or less after their retirement? It doesn't change their class overnight.

I've been involved in college sports. You can tell a big difference in the guys who's father had some professional athletic success and the ones who come from poor families.

First generational wealth doesn't really change ones class instantly. Not with respect to their attitudes and personality.

Your anicdote is worthless as well. Oh one guy was tazed. Well a white kid was tazed at a town hall meeting a few years ago making famous the phrase 'don't take me bro.'



You should compare the children and grand children of these black NFL athletes and the children and grandchildren of their less talented high school teammates.

It's funny you mention that. I saw something one time from the late 40s. It was in my grandfather's things. It estimated about 1.4 million Jewish victims of the holocaust.

I don't have anything against the jews. But I wonder why there is so much sympathy for jews when basically everyone was a victim of the nazis.. they killed far more Russians for instance, than they killed jews.

Genocide has happened everywhere. It's aweful. Why is the genocide against the jews so much worse?

Is it the fact that western Europeans could be so barbaric in the 20th century? To think the holocaust is the worst event in world history to me seems racist. It's like thinking white Europeans are so much superior to the rest of the word that they could fall into genocide is unthinkable.
