Yes I am and L.A. Confidential is my original avatar I joined RIU. on October 3 ,2009 after lurking 9 or so months. When I punch in Overgrowem, I get my old profile I would post the old profile info but don't have the computer skills to do it. That is why I'm A.K.A. Overgrowem now, I got unconnected somehow and when I contacted a mod. I was given instruction that were above my abilities, so I started fresh. I punched up a members old account and got a blank once also. If someone comes by soon with some skills I will try to post it, otherwise, the way things move around here I'll just type it in and cite a few old posts and let the devil take the hind-most. If you punch up a long time member like See4 or LondonFog and can pull up their posts 3 or 4 years ago it won't take long to find a post where they quote me, when I'm present I'm pretty active on the politics forum. You gave me an idea, think I'll try to cite myself with something that has a date on it. Thanks. On second thought that seems be beyond my abilities also.

I remembered your avatar from a long time ago. was just curious. Was pretty entertaining in the politics forum (the "red"meltdown post). I don't post much there but it was bugging me that I recognized the avi but it said new member. Same with "oddball's" avi. Looks like he has re entered? or at least someone w/ same avi. I don't know Oddball though, just recognized the graphic.

The avi. is original, composite art. Made it up at a tee-shirt shop. The shirt was fab.( I still have it ). Drew comments and high (haha) signs like crazy. The peeps in the "know" would often tip me they "got it". Was trying to get a True Detective type feel. Looked high and low for a babe with a 30s era hat, failed. The doll is an oil painting of Veronica Lake. The L.A. Conf. part was a no brainer. I'll work with the bits of info. Justin-case offered. If I can get it down I'll change it often. I have a sorta eye for that type of thing.
On the thread, I dredged up, in politics, " What's Wrong with Socialism" page 13 near bottom, the avi. looks like it should. Hope you'll check it out. Oh yea, check out the date too, that's what this whole squabble was about.
