Just waiting on my 1000 watt light to get here on monday, then they will go into 5 gallon bags for two more weeks of veg. So, flowering around the 1st of May.
I figured that you were in the US, and along the same latitude as me, we are getting over 12 hours of light now.
Ive seen some nice grows done with CFLs however she is pretty big, and if you are looking for a semi decent yield you are gonna want bigger lights.

if i put it outside and it keeps vegging, and its a sativa with about 10-11 week flowering time do you think itll be able to finish in time?Southern US is getting almost 13 hours a day now, and the days are only getting longer

That isnt too cold bro, and some people would kill to have those temps in October. My nights are around that temp right now, and some days as well.

yeah no prob, flowering actually prefers a cooler night time temp. It typically results in better quality ime.

My general rule of thumb is NOTHING below 55F. Preferably, a 63L and a 78High is ideal.
For your monster outdoors in october(near the end of flower) and it dips between 50-60, i wouldnt worry at all. i would worry that theres not enough time in the week to smoke all that weed tho!
