she looked about ready anyway. and she looks mighty dank. congrats on the harvest. and ya the scissors get quit sticky after a lil bit. when i trim i have a razor blade and a cap full of rubbing alcohol at hand i use the razor to scrape off all the hash then i dip my blades in the alc. and it cleans them off easy and they work like new again of course i dry the alc. off before i use again though.

well thank you dan. glad you like it. and ill be lookin forward to the pics im sure they will be impressive. and remember i consider scrog,supercropping, and minimal topping forms of lst and of course the original form of Lst

Hey guys. Just got my camera back and got some shots of my LST. "The Princess", as my wife calls her, was sown 10 weeks ago today and she's been flowering for about 5. She is planted in generic Walmart soil being fed by generic, soluble crystal, nutes and Blackstrap molasses, both mixed in tap water. She lives in a rectangular plastic container with holes punched in the bottom right corner, and she sits in one end so she can stretch her feet like a nice bath. Thing is that the longer she sits in there the more she's like a stinky, sticky whore who hasn't had a bath in ages. Her bath sits inside my flowering box and is propped up an inch on one end to force drainage away from the base, making the roots stretch, IMO. I've used all CFL's and right now for flower I'm using 8-26W 2700K bulbs.

looks good duchieman. specially for being a lower budget grow. thanks for sharing her with us just goes to show good bud can be grown for a low price.
 
Well it seems to be proving so but that wasn't really my intent. The goal was just to reach the end and see what I get then I'd have something to gauge from. Hey, if I get an oz I'd be happy at this point. By the way she smells and feels I'm pretty sure it's gonna be enjoyable. Unfortunately I didn't get a clone before I flowered but I got a couple 2 weeks in. Time for some good seeds and a 600 HPS.
 
she looks like she could give you an oz dry just remember expect the worst and hope for the best.
and you will love the 600 watt hps best lights In my opinion.

well they were givin to me by a very well known grower here in oregon. so i do not know for sure how long they took to root. but i do know they were about 3 weeks into flower when takin. by the time igot them they were already revegged and looked normal. the grower said he takes all his clones while 3 weeks into flower because it makes for bigger stronger better producing plants.

ya i guess it could be a prob. i never kept mothers cuz i see it just as a waste of space and light. and i dont like smoking the same strain every time i had a harvest.
 
You know you keep mom's small in bonzai if you want. Pretty neat to be able to do another run of some runt you been keepin around. My understanding is that generations of clones from clones from clones and the quality goes down but maybe not if you take em 3 weeks into flower!
