Looks great man. I have 3 easy ryders myself outside and was thinking about some LST, but they are about a month old. I think I might be a little late. Interesting you went with 12/12. Mine showed sex at about 2 weeks and starting flowering after 3. I had them on 18/6 indoors before I took them outside. The thing is, where I live we are at about 14.5/9.5 light to dark outdoors. I was wondering if the sudden jump was going to mess with them at all.

Almost forgot my outdoor LST. This is Nirvana Northern Lights that was germed indoors late april and moved outdoors around mid may. I only did a partial LST because I did it kind of late so the stem was pretty woody by then and I didn't want it to snap. It was definitely worth the effort though so far. I also FIMed and it gave me 3 tops. Hard to tell scale, but with the LST it sits about 5'. Probably would be 7' tall without it. Background is a Ceres Purple the same age. No LST, but it's looking like a great plant so I wanted to mention it. :smile:

i dont see anything wrong. u cant realy mess up lsting unless in the end your canopy is way uneven. even if a branch breaks a lil is ok cuz it is just a supercropped branch.

Some impressive plants on here, mine pales in comparison. But I am a newbie (2nd grow, first DWC/Hydro, first advanced techniques). So here are my pics of the LSTing i've done on my computer tower DWC grow. I am not doing much training anymore, but I have bound these girls into a solid mass of colas, and they are more or less holding the shape I gave them since I removed the bondage (which was only a side-effect of a necessary container transplant [the plants were in a jar first, and that was too tall, but it helped me force these girls into some compromising positions]). Anyways, pictures:

Heres some pics taken tonight. I found a nickel sized spot of powdery mildew on a leaf, hopefully it doesn't spread. Other than that, all is well.

Thanks. Vegged under cfls for the first few weeks, then 600w hps since. What do you mean by this is your plan? Do you mean the layout or what?

What's up growers? I'm growing a sativa strain ( hash or haze got 5 freebies) Here's some pics of Sassy, day 42 flowering, pc grow case 26'h x 18.6'L x 8'w, 4cfl bulbs(400w)--(3)2700k and (1)6500k, lst and topped.

Thats about what I have left,6weeks mine is a Indica dominant 70% to be exact 30% sativa.

Here's a look see. Her name is Orion like the constellation in the sky. pic 007, is a good idea why if you know the constellation.

Oh I'm just growin in a closet kinda like that. And I plan on trying to make a somewhat low, but large canopy. Doing anything I can to maximize yield. Basically what you've got goin on. How far do you keep the light from the tops of the plants?

It's about 13-14 inches away right now. I'm gradually getting it closer to the plants over the past few weeks to see what they'll tolerate. no problems so far

Thats a matter of weight issue keep her tied down as long as the plant is ok gets better light that way if you know what I mean.Thats just my opinion nothing scientific just kind of logical to me. I have a fat and beginning of a frosty bud,Bud. I've still have mine tied down too.
