the only sams adams i have tried is boston lager but i now want to try them all, i heard the octoberfest was good. i think they got like 15 different kinds of sam adams. i can only drink on Fridays though cuz i never know when i get uad, so if i drink on friday i know it will be out by monday.

dam she looks great multiple tops and all of the tops are about the same height, great job and yes you done did it right.

this is a 12/12 from seed grow 15 days old !

looks good man, i woulda tied an anchor from the bottom of the stem and tied the top in the opposite direction to get more of a bend, instead of the lean. just something to think about

No, I don't think you should start flushing until week 8 when the buds are almost fully mature, flush for one and a half or two weeks and leave her in the dark for 1-3 days after that to get the maximum potential. I've found a mistake many grower make here is harvesting too early. What's the point in doing that when the buds pack on their most and best weight at the end, around week 9-15 of flowering depending on strain (indicas more towards 9, sativas more towards 15). In all the research I've done, the thing I hear most from advanced growers is to let your girl(s) mature completely otherwise, you're wasting your time...just my $0.02

Also, I've read that you should look for your plants hairs receding back into the buds and not standing up as much as they may have...also, the hairs should generally be more red-ish/brown before harvest

hey thanks for the reply, i think ill feed her for another week and half then just go by eye....i just dont want to wait too long like i did my last grow.ended up with a few seeds.

Makes sense, it's hard to know and the plant is programmed to keep up it's species by fertilizing itself in near death situations...too bad it kind of ruins the harvest if you wait just a little too long

Your girl looks like an indica or indica dominant at least so around 8-10 weeks is a good guess

thanks much LIG. your plant looks pretty good as well. is the purple cause of the strain or a copper/molybdenum def?? also read somehwere that cold temps at night during flowering will cause leaves to turn purple. it looks awesome!!! but something i would check into... and what lighting are you using?
 
I'm just wowed right now. I went thru the first 20ish pages on this thread and I am totality convinced this is what I want to do on my next grow. I didn't know lst could produce such impressive results

I've always done sog, never looked into lst untill today been researching for a few hours now(no body around here does). Its a new concept to me, and obviously the best one with these results
