I like the originality of wood pipes, are they difficult to clean?

And if I were to get a wood pipe, what qualities should I look for?

Finally a thread to show off GLASS!!!!

Those are actually my tobacco pipes. Bud burns a bit hotter and can burn through the bowl of tobacco pipes. If you wanted you could get one and smoke enough tobacco out of it until a nice thick layer of carbon built up. Cleaning is easy for tobacco as long as you are on it often - smoking pot out of one would make it a bit more difficult as it has a higher tar content.

This is my most recent purchase and I think the smoothest smoke due to it's chambered design.


The one with the long stem is chambered and smokes pretty smoothly as well. Not sure that you would be able to find one like that though.

thanks.. like i said, got it from the aqualabs site.. its from ben burton.. i dig it, but am dying to see how it's going to smoke though.. shall find out soon enough i guess, lol..
