So I'm planning on picking up some good ol' magic mushrooms tomorrow and I was just wondering how to go about ingesting them other than just eating them. Someone was telling me that making a "shroom tea" was one of the best methods. Has anybody ever tried this or have any other ideas?

I've made mushroom tea, its easy and works well....all you need is hot water and empty tea bags..

Another cool way to eat mushrooms is make them into chocolate bars but that takes a lot more time and ingredients.....Much tastier though

I love shrooms but nearly :spew: everytime I try and eat them how do you do the chocolate bar thing?


:and doing shroom tea mixed with your favorit kind of 'real' tea helps out wit the taste thing, just make sure you stir it often or the last sip tastes like straight shroom::hug:

I powder up the shrooms .... or chop'n'dice 'em fresh ... and add straight lime juice to jump start the activation .... make a tea with hot water and honey .... leaving the chunks in or not ... strainning them out ... I gulp it all back and for me ... the next 5-6+ hours of utter bliss ....

Its easy....all you really need is some milk chocolate....melt it, add ground up mushrooms and put it in the fridge....You can get creative.....I've made some pretty good ones back in the day

Whenever I have eaten them we have always just made peanut butter/honey sandwiches... nothing special, just covers up the taste.

I think you trip best eating them raw an hour after you wake. Eat nothing but a multi-vitamin, and some minimal carbs and protein for some energy. But while eating them raw knock them back with some good 'ol Orange Juice

A good friend of mine showed me my preferred method of injestion. Get like a half cup of apple sauce and add powdered shrooms to it. Let it sit for a bit in the fridge and then take it back like a shot, Hits you very fast.

I usually grind it up and just eat the powder and wash it back with some juice, but i heard tea is good too. I think it's just easiest to straight up eat em though lol

Thanks for all of the ideas guys. I'm off to work tonight and I'm picking up my booms when I got off. So tomorrow morning.... well I might just have to start the day off with a warm cup of tea. :mrgreen:

i can teach u to grow all kinds of boomers and they are always the best fresh right off the cakes or caseings

wow thats crazy. back in the day it was like 80 an oz there was mad shrooms comming from wisconsin cow fields. now its like 25-40 an 1/8 but why pay that when u can grow ur own?

Me and my buddy picked up a half for 80.... not too shabby for where I live in Michigan. And Chitown I'm definitely interested in learning to grow my own mushrooms, as long as it does not involve feces. Oh and I also snagged a couple lemon zinger tea packets and honey from work so I'm pretty pumped for tomorrow.

I watched some stuff on youtube. Looks like a pain in the ass with the sterilization. I have never tried shrooms but my buddy and I are very interested.

awww but pasterized cow dung not only gives the fattest flushes but also some of the more potent shrooms.

one time i blended them with orange juice and it tasted okay rofl
but mushroom tea or like put them on pizza, i dont actually mind the taste of mushrooms i usually just take them with that rockstar energy drink cause i always seem to get the yawns

the tea is a waste of shrooms dont do shit atleast not to me the shit is when you do a psilocybin extraction that will rock you hard like acid

Haha well I though about it and I guess I can compromise and work with some cow dung if I gonna get some free shrooms. It's pretty much all hay and whatnot right? Chitown teach me the ways of the Mushroom farmer.
