Sick auto seedling...will it survive?

hey guys!

So this is my first grow, an auto nl at that too.

Im at day 11 and the seedling hasnt grown.

Its also very sickly. The helmet was stuck on and i pulled it out very late. It encountered light bleaching. There have also been unstable temps in the environment and it was overwatered.

Will it survive? If it does, will it even have a chance at good yields?

I've made alot of mistakes already with this first grow, and i am hoping i can redeem myself with another grow. I was thinking of using the free seeds i got from buying the seed packs so that i dont mess with the original ones i intended to use.

How deep is that bird nest?

I would watch it for sure to see how it comes along.

It looks like it sprouted close to the edge of that air pot or what ever it is?

The coco coir is 3 inches deep. Its a coir pot that i was planning on transplanting, if only the roots grew out.
I was feeling the stem because it was losing moisture and accidentally pulled it out. I replanted at that depth

I think 3 inches is a bit deep. if that's 11 days it's super stunted, try again.

Also what is your lighT source and how did you germinate before putting it in?

I meant that the pot itself is 3 inches.
Im using 150w true led and i germinated directly on the coir
