Wow, that plant looks like shit. Can you give us some more detailed information about your operation? Specifically, what is your temp and humidity? What are you using as your water source? How about the pH of your water? What brand of nutes are you using, and at what strength and frequency? As you mentioned, this plant has not been given nearly enough light, hence the awful stretching and wispy popcorn buds. If you don't fix that issue right away, the plant doesn't stand a chance of producing quality buds. Nice, dense, resinous buds require sufficiently intense light in order to develop. If the light situation stays as it is, then you're probably looking at the best it's going be. Also, like some ofthe others have mentioned, get rid of that aluminum foil. It is completely inappropriate for use as a reflective material. It creates hot-spots that will burn your plant, has the potential to contaminate your grow medium, and isn't actually very good at reflecting useable light back onto the plant. Basically, it's doing more harm than good. If you can't get your hands on some Mylar or Panda Film, then put up some temporary wall structures around the plant and paint them flat-white with latex paint. All of those options are better than aluminum foil. Get us some of that other information I asked you for and we'll see what can be done to salvage your crop.
