This is a very silly question but i bet alot of people sometimes think it, especially newbies.

If you buy feminized seeds then are the plants fully female ?

they should be, but if they end up being hermies most sites will replace them, just snag a few photos just in case.

No its not guarateed. Ive gotten males and hermes several times from fems. I always have better luck with standard seeds. Statistacly 2/3 of every species is female. Fems are a waste of money.
