What I learned in just one grow

2X2 is the best I can muster right now so I learned how to deal with it. Airflow is key, you gotta make sure you have good flow and then the temp isn't too hard to control. I'm almost at the end of my 1st grow as well and the biggest problem I had with my 2X2 was that I misunderstood exactly when I should 'flip' my plant to flower and I ended up letting it outgrow my tent before I flipped it. I quickly converted a closet with some light proof material I found on Amazon and moved my plant to there and I was able to figure out a venting system for it but I was having good success with my little 2X2 up until that point. I should have flipped it about 5 weeks earlier and I think I would have been ok. Lesson learned.

I do a lot of reading and Googleing, for flipping 2 weeks in veg maybe 3 weeks (the dude grow show), I started with northern lights and a mystery seed. The northern lights had been in flower for almost 3 weeks so I went in this forum and ask for helm, was told to switch from 18-6 to 12-12. Six days later the mystery plant started seeding. I call her UFO now and she's 10 weeks into flower and the sample I tried the other night was better than all the dispensary weed I bought. My 2x2 I had problems with temps and RH, moved to the 2x4 and problem solved. You have any problems like that ?.

I did have problems like that but I kind of figured it our using the airflow and making sure the RH in the lung room was good...HOWEVER like I said, I had to move it out of my tent when I went into flower because I let it get too big so maybe I could have indeed had problems with that stuff once I got into flower..I will never know. I will report back next grow. I can tell you a good dehumidifier in my lung room made all the difference with my RH while I was in veg.

I don't have any issues with humidity as my AC is on most all the time, well the fan runs 24-7 and that keeps the RH down. My flat for who knows why is always hot winter and summer, it's 7 AM and 79.8 f right now in my room and tent. AC kicks in at 80

Its 80 often in my room too ugh. Just for summers. I live up north its cold 3/4th the year. Its reaching 87F. I just found having fan blow air into the room from out there where its like 70 F. Drops temps quickly.

Hate to have the door open though. It already has duct flanges from venting outside. Hvac guys said thats why ac not working. So I cant in summer. Maybe I can put pc fans in the door vent and vent in.

I have an AV in my room as it's over 75f inside even in winter when the temps drop to say 50f so here's my setup.xx0CZsp.jpg the inline vent I can move in front of the AC on hot days and when outside temps drop below 70 I put the intake vent in the round opening next to the exhaust vent and it works quite well. Living in the desert is not good for weed.
