What’s left atm
My friend, sometimes with the best environments buds can get the rot. I grow in a high humidity area and have done so for a long time now. I use a product called GreenCure preventatively at 1/6 the recommended amount and have 0 issues outdoor even in rain. To address what you have going on, I've used the GC on rotted buds and the rot dies and sloughs off. Fantastic product and organic (it's potassium bicarbonate). I recommend for anyone having any form of fungal issues.

I've also read and heard that watering with yucca extract allows the plants to uptake nutrients in a way that allows their natural ability to fight molds and fungus to increase.
The guy in this video elaborates on that an a few other things. Good stuff

Keep the ventilation on at lights off and your fans running at all times.
Keep temperatures high and above dew point at lights off
Use GreenCure during the first half of flower if you are still getting outbreaks.
Don't spray your buds during last couple of weeks.
