Since this could help all the growers in Az

Do the numbers mate...

Like I said I am for legalization and collecting signatures myself (3 petition sheets completed thus far. what have you collected?) but why should we not be able to grow until then? I don't see why there has always been a divide in this cause. Can we not support both measures?

What a joke...

PS
The same folks running the dispensaries will be the same folks doing the legalization grows if it passes. The difference is right now there is a monopoly on the industry and after legalization there will not be. (Big Business not little guys like myself will be growing commercially)

I noticed all the out of state folk don't realize how close the AMMA was to not passing and how many other times we have voted on MMJ and it was never made law. The folks in Sun City keep getting Sheriff Joe into office without problems for over 20 years.... Something to think about!

I'm following this along to see how it goes. But am confused about a couple things. By opting out, does that mean your declining protection with the MMJ card? Seems quite dangerous if you were to encounter police during the lawsuit.

Also, is this to change the 25 mile rule itself for everyone or just whoever joins this lawsuit? Or is it now about opting out and having a doctors rec?

Sorry if it sounds ignorant, these things are just a little above my head. But am eager to learn and understand more.

First you need to understand where I am today compared to where you are... (Assuming here) I was denied a MMJ card in February of this year (that's 5+ months without protection as a patient)for requesting to cultivate. I have gone through several appeal hearings only to affirm the decision to deny my MMJ card.(at the Department level and the Administrative level - Read the docs below... Highly recommend it because if you want to cultivate (legally) you will be right where I am soon!) After exhausting all my resources and legal remedies this is what I have to do! Opting out of a health care system that can not perform to my needs or wants is not fit for me and only will create more of a burden. So under the Arizona State Constitution (LINK TO SECTION of constitution in reference) a law or rule can NOT compel (compel -fines or any penalties) any one to enroll in a health care system which is exactly what the Arizona Marijuana Program is is a health care system. If you recall at the beginning of the rule making their was a way to opt out of this shit for a Program but that was amended (don't remember any public input on it) call our lawyer for more info in that amendment of Administrative rules. So we will be filing a class action lawsuit for violating the latter. When this lawsuit is filed it will be grandeur! I have put my freedom on the line for it... Seriously!

Administrative Decision -

AzDHS Decision - (Based off of the Administrative hearing findings)(Note - it took 4 months to go through this. Still no card)

When you get denied for requesting to cultivate refer the sample below to request a hearing -

My legal remedy since I have no other option -

Donate money to a dude who shaves his arms and wears faggy bracelets? LOL

If you can't tell the difference between a man's arm and a woman's arm I question your sexuality... Nice try mate!

I don't pose for the camera. Go back to doing what you do my friend...

Do you not want patients to be able to grow 12 plants for their medical use? Because you have no reason to dislike what I am doing unless the latter is true!

How much money do you need and what will it be used for exactly? What is the time frame? Who is the lawyer bringing the suit? I am interested in donating to the cause.

We are going after $6k - Already have $15k invested (from other class member $10k & $5k from a mesa smoke lounge/club)

We have no set time frame of when this will be completed through the court. We will be filing soon so after it is filed we are excepting a hearing for the preliminary injunction ASAP (few days after filing) After that I have no clue how long this may take or what the actual costs will be until we get there... As Mr.Walz says, "we need to make sure we have all the money lined up so this case doesn't flip on us due to lack of money"

3 lawyers on this one folks... And from what our meetings are gathering we may need one more lawyer once the lawsuit begins. The States only way of winning this matter is determined by who can last longer financially.

I know I was SUPER skepical about Hayes when he was doing his lawsuit but still donated over $500.
My recommendation to the person thinking that - wait until we file and you will see this will be Grandeur. Then donate because right now there is not much going on other than the lawyers writing the case up. Once it is in motion we will be in a different boat...

Anyone with serious donations can always setup an in-person meeting with our legal team and they will be more than willing to go over our lawsuit and explain the lawsuit to you... To be frank, it is not cheap and will not be cheap.

In my opinion Michael Walz is one of the most half ass lawyers in the state of Arizona. Sorry to hear you are using him.
I do wish you success in this though.
